Tips and Tricks: Unique Way to Use Our Replacement Gems

So, you just bought your brand new, 2013 Precious Formals dress. But it came perfectly intact and with all sorts of replacement beads that you don’t need! Well, don’t just throw them out! We’ve got the perfect use to make you stand out even more at your next formal event.

Take a note from our new photoshoot design team – Aimee-zing Faces – and add some bling to your makeup routine! To add an extra edge to this year’s runway shows and catalogue pages, Aimee and her stylists collected our replacement gems and rhinestones, added a dab of eyelash glue, and took our styles to the next level.

This avant-garde look is so easy to obtain and perfectly complements our beaded gowns (especially in the Precious Formals and Hollywood Envy collections, shown above). Add just a few to highlight your eyes, or create a chic cheek design! One model even rocked blue gemstones along her parted hairline instead of purchasing an expensive, glitzy headband.

The best part? When you’re done dancing the night away, the gems simply wash off with face soap and warm water! They’re as simple to remove as falsies, and are just as dramatic. Try them out for your next school formal, especially homecoming!

Market Update: Atlanta in August

We’re back at our Houston headquarters for today after a week in Atlanta, and we couldn’t have been happier with this month’s apparel market! We got to see most of our favorite clients from stores near you, and we had our 2013 collections out of the office and on the runway for the first time!

Even better, our hair and makeup partners Aimee-zing Faces came up with an awesome idea to use the extra gems and stones that come with each of our jeweled dresses! Look how well the makeup complements our sultry red lace gown and our fun and flirty green dress. Just be very careful with your dress so you can use the replacement gems (and a dab of eyelash glue) to create something similar for your prom, homecoming, or other special event!

Dallas Market starts on the 16th, so we’ll be heading over to meet the rest of the PF Team tomorrow to set up our 2013 collection there! Keep checking our Facebook and Twitter for updates, and look soon to see more photos of our 2013 collections on our site!
